It’s just that i’ve read…a lot of places that the pill is absorbed through the digestive system and if diarrhoea occurs, the pill will not have a chance to be absorbed.

The selection of foods I can eat is becoming smaller and smaller. It has gotten so bad, that I will sometimes fast a few days to avoid later consequences, or just to give my stomach time to settle down. What is the longest you’ve gone without eating just because you wanted to avoid IBS flair ups? Water only? Each time I’ve visit the Gastrointernest, he just tells me to avoid certain foods and stress. I’m also wondering if I have an allergy to certain foods.
