Many different doctors have told me over the past 8 years that I have a spastic colon. There are ulcers in stomach as well. I have had so many tests done, I go to the gym every day and eat a balanced, special diet but I’m still bloated every day and wake up every morning with a stomach ache. I do stress allot but go to yoga classes. This problem is almost poisoning my system and I get burning pains in my muscles. I’m desperate! Does anyone know if something else could cause such symptoms? Maybe I’m trying to fix a related condition and not the real problem!

I HAD MY GALLBLADDER REMOVED IN 03 WHEN THIS ALL STARTED, AS I WAS TOLD THAT WAS WHAT WAS CAUSING MY SYMPTOMS AT THE TIME. WRONG!!! EVERYTHING HAS GOTTEN WORST. I’VE HAD 5 COLONOSCOPIES SINCE 03, NO CANCER BUT A POLOP. 2 ENDOSCOPIES THE LAST ONE SHOWED DIALATED BLOOD VESSELS. MY STOMACH IS SO SENSITIVE I CAN NOT TAKE PAIN KILLERS OR 98% OF MEDS BECAUSE MY STOMACH WILL BLEED AND HURT AS IF IT’S BEING RIPPED APART. I SUFFER EVERYDAY IN PAIN. I have tried over 30 different prescription’s with no help or relief. The last was belladonna which i could not function with.

Reason for asking is my parents think I have a mild case of IBS. I will go spans of 3 days before I have a movement> When that day comes its an awful day. I am weak and tired, in the bathroom non stop, and I feel awful. No appetite at all during that day. The following day all is fine. I have not been able to pin point what causes my IBS to act up either. For example I went out to eat today and it didn’t sit well. But wheN I eat at this place in past, no problems. That is always a fear of mine when I go out to eat, “Will my IBS act up?” It makes it hard to enjoy eating out. Is this common for IBS sufferers? IF that is what I have
