I don't know how long you have been diagnosed with CD or how long you have been on a gluten free diet but as you stay gluten free, your intestines should heal and hopefully your spastic colon problems will ease up. If not, then at least you are only dealing with that issue and not any fallout from the celiac disease. You might try eating a diet of fresh fruit, vegetables and non processed meat for a couple of months and stay away from all processed foods to see if that helps too.
