The only way to handle celiac disease is to go on a strict gluten free diet!! I don't know how long you have been diagnosed with CD or how long you have been on a gluten free diet but as you stay gluten free, your intestines should heal and hopefully your spastic colon problems will ease up. If not, then at least you are only dealing with that issue and not any fallout from the celiac disease.
You might try eating a diet of fresh fruit, vegetables and non processed meat for a couple of months and stay away from all processed foods to see if that helps too.

Celiac and spastic colon all work together and causes many different problems.I am a celiac sufferer my self.It is a disease that is virtually run by what we eat.Eliminate anything with gluten in it.(Very hard I know). The only way you can handle the problem is just prey that you have a good day the next day and try and stay calm .I wish you all the bst.I have been there and done many things to try and help with this condition.
