drink 60gms of castor oil,would be very effective they`ll always use it when there`s some sort of radiogram

I don’t know where and how people get this idea. You DO NOT need to do such thing. As long as you maintain a good diet and exercise frequently, there’s no need for things like colon cleanse. Talk to a physician or a pharmacist before attempting to do anything on your own.
