I have ulcer colitis will i be able to play sports still?

My doctor told me i have severe ulcer colitis and i am already getting treated. However i have no admonial pain and not as much blood as i had before. Can i still play sports? Can i still workout and run without having this screw up my sports life?

   As long as you are feeling ok and the bleeding doesn’t increase with additional activity I don’t see why it would be a problem.

   Yes. Most likely, your disease will go into remission under therapy, and you will be able to lead a normal life.
