What can I do about a spastic colon?

Everytime I hit this key it prints one way and then another. Is it the keyboard or me? It never shows up the same way.

   If you use racist term you get reported
   and if you use term about disbility in negitive ways you also get reported.

   Spastic referres to a type of Cerebral Palsy.
   Only for medical records should it be used.
